Our Service Department offers nationwide support through fourteen regional service centers.

Just with a phone call to our National Service Center, your technical needs will be satisfied whether they are maintenance or repair. Our technical team is qualified, friendly and always willing to give you the best service in the fastest time.

Our technicians and engineers are constantly being trained by the manufacturers that we represent, so our customers can be confident that our service meets the highest international quality standards.

According to your specific maintenance needs, type of equipment and quantity, you can request from our Service department a customized maintenance program that can include any of the following options, or a combination of them:

  • Maintenance Program. Service contracts for prevention and/or correction of failures. The duration and clauses depend on the type of equipment.
  • Repair Program "on Site" (per call service). It takes place at the client’s facilitiy in no longer than 24 hours after the failure is reported to our National Service Center in the metropolitan area, and 24-48 hours if the equipment is located in any other area.
  • Repair in our facilities. If the failure calls for it, we will pick up the damaged equipment from the client's facilities. Our technical department is equipped with specialized equipment for diagnose and repair.
  • Outsourcing Service. It includes administration an maintenance of equipment.

We also carry a full inventory of original parts and supplies.
